Meditation

breathwork & nidra (deep rest)

Beyond Relaxation

Some view meditation as a blissful mental massage or a relaxing bubble bath for the mind. However, they are surprised to discover that meditation requires focus, mental exertion, and commitment to a regular practice. Yet, it brings an unparalleled sense of balance and well-being.

Meditation is not just relaxation. It is a transformative experience that alters the state of the mind, attitude, and awareness. While meditation can calm the mind, it goes beyond relaxation. Concentration, often referred to as "dharana" in yoga, is a preliminary step to meditation, but it is not meditation itself.

People often describe meditation as relaxing, concentrating, controlling the mind, or letting go of stress. However, these descriptions explain how to meditate rather than what meditation truly is.

Meditation, like any experience, is challenging to express in words. It can only be truly understood through personal experience. You can grasp its essence only by experiencing it firsthand.

Why I Created the On-Demand Video Library

For many years I was an IT professional who frequently travelled and faced the frustration of missing my regular yoga classes.

I created the on-demand option to ensure no one has to miss out on their practice.

I offer video recordings of all classes, available on a pay-as-you-go basis. The library is perfect for practicing while away from home, catching up on missed classes, or enjoying the flexibility of choosing your own time.

Experience pure freedom in your practice.
