A yoga retreat to just "be" "feel" and "breathe" We will have a blend of yoga, meditation, relaxation (Nidra), and of course pranayama (breathwork).

No, I will not be taking any photos at all, and ask everyone to please respect each other's privacy with photos and social media. I prefer phones to be left away from the yoga room and at the restaurant wherever possible. Enjoy a digital detox, thank you
